Be ready when TBC hits retail. New bandages will need bit of leveling

150 Silk Bandage - trainer    
180 Purchase [Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage] will teach you to make Heavy Silk Bandage Stromgarde Keep in Arathi  Highlands Brackenwall Village in Dustwallow Marsh
210 Purchase [Manual: Mageweave Bandage] will teach you to make Mageweave Bandage Stromgarde Keep in Arathi  Highlands Brackenwall Village in Dustwallow Marsh
225 If you are at least lvl 35, visit your First Aid Trainer, it will end you to First Aid "specialist" called Trauma Surgeon with quest called [Triage]. It will raise cap to 300 Theramore in Dustawallow Marsh Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands
240 Heavy Mageweave - Visit Trauma Surgeon Again    
260 Runecloth Bandage - Visit Trauma Surgeon Again    
290 Heavy Runecloth Bandage - Visit Trauma Surgeon Again    
300 Purchase [Formula: Powerful Anti-Venom] if you are at least honored with Argent Dawn    

New bandages in Burning Crusade

Two new bandage are taught by books which you have to purchase after you acquire Master in First Aid (done by purchasing another book)

Leveling your First Aid to 325 will requires lot of Runecloth (for Heavy Runecloth Bandage) or Huge Venom Sac (for Powerful Anti-Venom). Making Powerful Anti-Venom will make you level faster as Heavy Runecloth Bandage will turn green very soon.

So either prepare yourself by bringing lot of Runecloth or just leave it - Runecloth drops in reasonable amount while leveling in Outland.

A Reminder - do not forget to get Master skill first :)
